This week i sit down to talk in the inevitable about the move to vegetarianism I made within the last couple of years. It was a move which took a few people by surprise including myself and in doing so I thought it worth exploring the reasons for my change the thoughts i have on the food industry and simply what I mean when I say bread cars.

It's not about ethics or protecting animals it more about putting more time and thought into what I'm eating and considering the process I'm part of.
