You're listening to Unsubscribe! Today, we talk with one of our Director's of Client Engagement - Alexa Rzasa! Alexa talks about the feasibility of managing multiple SDRs & projects and what strategies to use to remain effective in her day-to-day activities.
We dive into prioritization and delegation, ownership, personal growth, and expectations in the management role - and more importantly, how that impacts the SDRs. Just as much as responsibilities trickle up from the SDR to the Manager, they trickle down the same way!
