In this weeks episode, I am discussing what healthy masculinity looks like. After the “Me Too” movement in 2017, men have been more confused than ever about their role in society and with the women in their lives. Many men feel like they are “walking on eggshells” at work and in their romantic relationships. They often tell me that they are not even sure what their role is as a man and what is expected of them. I will give the men some tips and tools to get the most out of their relationships with women while maintaining the essence of manhood.
This January, participate in the Washington, DC Healthy Masculinity Training Institute to learn the theories and develop the skills that have shaped the Healthy Masculinity Action Project (HMAP). HMAP is a national multi-year initiative designed to raise the visibility of healthy masculinity and build a new generation of male leaders across the country who model non-violent, emotionally healthy masculinity, serving as positive change-makers in society.
