On this episode, Liz chats with her real life friend, Joe Warfield. Joe took up running at the age of 55 in order to lose a few pounds.  Since he started running in 2010, he has run in over 30 marathons, including 4 Boston Marathons.  Liz and Joe chat about his mentor, training, the Boston Marathon and what motivates him.
