Kristine Gift chats with Liz about how she started running, training for her first marathon and how running has helped her cope with transitions in life.  

Just months after running her first marathon, Kim Abel was stricken with the rare neurological Guillain-Barre syndrome. In a week's time, she was unable to move and admitted to the hospital.   After treatment for the disease, she had to learn how to move her body and walk again.  She shares her inspiring story of recovery and talks about her goals for the future, including training for the 2016 Chicago Marathon.
