 This week I have the pleasure of having my former HIIT Coach join us for a conversation on the ‘Quest for Self’. In Part 1 of our conversation, we get to know about Duante’s journey, from a young pastor, family man to the many more hats he has worn.

Proud to call Duante a friend and to listen to him so candidly, taking accountability and responsibility for his life thus far. I’m in awe of how eloquently Duante expressed all these experiences with such transparency, truly an honor to have him talk about his life and the choices that has led to his evolution.
