This week’s topic is one I know you’ll get a lot out of - we’re digging into how you can get started with your healthy habits. In fact, you’ll be hearing 7 top tips for setting yourself up to win.
This particular listener question really hits close to home for most of us - how do you get yourself to do ______ (insert your healthy habit of choice here) when you come home tired and just want to unwind with a glass of wine and your tv.
Trust me, everyone has been there and as you’ll find out we don’t think this is something you should necessarily stop doing.
So if you’ve been having a hard time getting started with a consistent habit let’s jump right in to these 7 top getting started tips:
Play with your timing
Interrupt your patterns
Reward yourself
Find an accountability gal pal/group
Make it so easy you can’t say no (and the hard and fast rule for doing this)
Get a big why behind your what
You need a better plan
