Kirk shares the news about being the first county in the state to remove the public health emergency allowing citizens to finally get back to work and back to life. He also talks about a dangerous new proposition on the ballot in November that he thinks is behind the efforts to keep schools closed in California and gives his advice on what residents should do about it.
