Shelby is an inspiration to all aspiring aviators. She currently serves as Cruise Captain on a Bombardier Global 5000 for Planet Nine Private Air. She received her Private Pilot License just before entering her Freshman year of college at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Prescott, AZ where she would finish the rest of her ratings and work as a CFI. She was involved in several extracurricular programs throughout her time as a student and instructor, and continues to inspire young aviators within her local 99's Chapter. 

Shelby discusses her path to becoming a pilot, her experience at ERAU both as a student and instructor, and the culture shock of flying a Global 5000 all over the globe. 

Shelby is a prime example of an individual who developed an excellent plan of action, followed the plan throughout many years of diligence and hard work, and is currently reaping the benefits of her dedication.
