I’m joined by Jamie Rigby (@ jrigrenatus), a founder of Renatus Adventure and former marine in training.

Jamie grew up playing sports, going to the gym and decided to join the Royal Marines after university. He unexpectedly suffered a severe injury but persevered as much as possible and has since taken the opportunity to pursue ultra-marathons and his own SAS Who Dares Wins style adventure experience company, Renatus.
