In a hurry up world there are a lot of young men who step into roles of leadership before they have taken the full journey of development.  What do they need?  What is our role as older men?  There is a process by which God will develop His chosen men; it involves patience, faith, a counsel of older men, and progressive responsibilities to mature the next generation of leaders.
