Welcome to episode 18 of the Living In Lyon's Gate Podcast. As I enjoy a morning cup of coffee, I pull the microphone close and talk about a few things that have happened since my last episode. This riveting episode covers things like:

1. The recent letter from City Property management with important information regarding the next HOA Board of Directors vote. If you haven't read this letter, you should make it a priority. There is some important info in it that you're going to want to see.
2. If you're running for the Lyon's Gate HOA Board of Directors and you want a chance to be interviewed by yours truly, you're welcome to. I did that last year with a lot of success. Stay tuned for more info as the vote date gets closer.
3. The recent email from City Property Management has info from the last general board meeting you should see if you weren't able to make the meeting. There is a special public board meeting on Wednesday, October 16th to narrow down the RFP responses for the new property management company to two.
4. The regular general board meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, October 23rd and at that meeting, the board will vote to award the contract to one of the two remaining property management companies. This is an important meeting that impacts us all.
5. Bulk trash week starts this coming Monday, October 7th. Don't forget! The Town of Gilbert asks that bulk trash items be placed on the street, not up on the curb.
