As a Chiropractor, it can be frustrating and challenging to build, motivate, and mentor your associates.
We don’t understand why they can’t seem to work, grow, or build a practice as you have.
Over time, you begin to build resentment and begin to create BLAME and focus on their failures.
In the meantime, the associates are feeling the exact same thing - but in opposing directions.
This leads to further distancing in the relationship and creates havoc and turmoil in the team culture.
Having the right intention of an associate isn’t enough to fix the problem.
In this episode, I am going to show you why this might be occurring and how to fix it.
