Michelle found recovery at the age of nineteen and has spent over half of her life actively involved in 12 step recovery. They talk about the deep reverence she has for 12 step, and they talk about how online recovery spaces, particularly The Unruffled secret Facebook group, opened her eyes and heart to the many pathways to recovery.
