In today’s episode, I thought I would share 3 practical tips that you can implement and start doing from today, to stop your all-or-nothing thinking. If you’re a perfectionist like me, you probably have a tendency to slip into all-or-nothing thinking (i.e. it’s either perfect or I’m not doing it at all). All-or-nothing thinking is a thought process that we *can* change with regular practice, and although it might feel to you like it is something that is just beyond your control and it might feel to you as though you just can’t do anything about it, it’s *not* impossible to come out of this way of thinking.
