When we want to get organised, we can sometimes think that means we should be focusing on the ways that things appear. I want to take a different approach with you today, and I want to encourage you to rather focus on the feeling of being organised.

The perfectionist mindset can manifest itself in a few different ways. Today I’ll be sharing with you ten of the most common signs that will help you see if you are a Perfectionist.

I want to share a couple of my morning routine basics with you on today’s episode. I love having a morning routine, and structure, and I feel that by starting out my day with a routine, really helps set my day up further for success. Having a morning routine puts me in a feel good state, and primes me up for organisation, and having a productive day. Today I thought it would be a great idea to have this conversation about feeling a little bit more lazier than usual especially now that we’ve all been experiencing a disruption of some sorts in our lives, with all that is currently going on in the world right now. I'm sharing what has really helped me to create a sense of normalcy amidst all the uncertainty and chaos that is going on, and I thought it would be so fitting to share this with you too, and hopefully this can help you as well.

In today’s episode, I thought I would share 3 practical tips that you can implement and start doing from today, to stop your all-or-nothing thinking. If you’re a perfectionist like me, you probably have a tendency to slip into all-or-nothing thinking (i.e. it’s either perfect or I’m not doing it at all). All-or-nothing thinking is a thought process that we *can* change with regular practice, and although it might feel to you like it is something that is just beyond your control and it might feel to you as though you just can’t do anything about it, it’s *not* impossible to come out of this way of thinking.

I had such an interesting breakthrough a few days ago, and so I thought it would be a great topic to talk about on the podcast with you. I have never identified as someone who is easily distracted, and I always identified myself as someone who is focused and gets shit done :) And even though this is something I have always believed to be true about myself, its amazing how sneakily a person can self sabotage. Making big decisions can be so daunting at times and it can be like something dreaded that hangs over us. When we have a lot of big decisions that are pending to be made, like whether or not we should be changing careers, or moving cities, or any other big thing that is on your list, there is something else that can add an additional layer on top of that dreaded hanging cloud is the advice that we always seem to be getting from others when we are contemplating over big decisions, and today I want to talk to you about when should we listen to advice from others and when should we not listen to advice from others.

Asking ourselves this question of is it even possible to escape stress, is the kind of question that really makes us believe that it is impossible, and unfortunately many of us are just inclined to just accept that stress is a part of our life.
