In 2021, we shed the worries of 2020. I couldn't think of someone whose story was more inspiring than Aram's.

From growing up in punk in Alberta, Canada to coming to the Pacific Northwest and starting Champion, balancing his love of hardcore punk and his career in psychology and therapy. When Champion ended, he was quickly back to work and would eventually began coaching leadership. He is now the CEO of Cadence Leadership and even has a podcast.

I couldn't think of anyone better to bring us in to the new year with inspiration and words of wisdom.
