On this episode, Liz chats with Brian Warfield.  Brian is a ordained minister and hospital chaplain who has been running for about 4 years.  Brian talks about getting into running by using it to wind down and relax after working the night shift at the hospital.  He also talks about competing with his dad, training for marathons and the spiritual side of running.
