The quality of your coach will make a huge difference in the development schedule of any athlete.  We want teachers.  Demanding teachers.  In this episode I argue for changing the US model away from 'command coaching' (something I have been guilty of) to teaching.  Creating environments for decision making at the individual level will dramatically improve our ability to perform.  A crucial part of the process!
