Anthony has a PhD in Mass Communication from Ohio University, and teaches journalism in the Communications School at Robert Morris, in Pittsburgh. His research is largely in the field of sports journalism, and he's a big CFL fan (which is how we met).

We talked about Cold War sports propaganda, steroids, Pete Rose, Tony DeAngelo, Artemi Panarin, and the future of journalism, and shared our love and hope that the CFL gets back on its feet.
