He is one of the top experts in the field of Strength and Conditioning, and has trained a range of athletes from high schoolers to professionals. Michael was also the Strength and Conditioning Coach for the 1998 US Women's Olympic Ice Hockey Team, Gold Medalists in Nagano, and was a consultant in the development of the USA Hockey National Team Development Program.
