We welcome on guest host and comrade Myles Carter to chop it up on this week’s episode! We start off talking MLK Day, the co-option of Martin Luther King’s image and message, and how it's important to go beyond viewing the holiday as simply a day off from work or school. We then discuss Joe Biden circumventing congressional authorization to bomb Yemen in retaliation for the Houthi rebels disrupting commercial shipping in the Red Sea. The hosts then discuss and share personal stories on how the court system strips the humanity out of defendants by looking at the case of the guy who snapped and jumped over the clerk’s desk to attack a judge in Las Vegas for not showing leniency during his hearing. We then transition to a lighter topic, and talk Katt Williams breaking the internet with his appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s podcast. This leads us on a tangent about what captivates the internet, infatuation with power, Epstein, and more. Finally, we wrap it up discussing the start of the 2024 Election Year circus, bracing ourselves for the rematch no one wants, and try to forecast what's to come.
