this week's episode is going to be a continuation of last week's episode, except this week, I am going to talk all about the history behind the Lovin Spoonful. this week's episode is going to cover how the core members of the group met and originally got together, how the band got it's name, what the band members were doing before the Lovin Spoonful existed, and how they got their first record deal. I'm also going to talk about how the song Summer in the City was written and the behind the scenes details on the recording session of the song, next week's episode is going to be an interview with the Buckingham's lead singer Dennis Tufano, so please go a head and listen to some Buckinghams's songs before the next episode of the show so that way you'll be familiar with their songs and you'll know what we'll be talking about in next week's episode of the show. here's the link to last week's song just in case you wanted to hear it again:
