Rebecca and Mari are joined by celebrity, Norma Ashby-Smith, a Great Falls Champion and Legend that was inducted into the Montana's Broadcaster Hall of Fame of 2010. Norma is the founder of Western Art Week, and shares how the project started, and how it took off and became a yearly event in Great Falls, Montana, where our city becomes the Western Art Capital of the World, all based around famed cowboy artist and Great Falls' local,  Charlie Russell.
