This week, I’m sharing a personal update as I recover from knee replacement surgery—a journey that’s been as much about physical healing as it has been about inner growth. Over the past month, I’ve learned powerful lessons on trust, surrender, and the art of receiving. I have let myself let go of control, embrace vulnerability, and simply say “thank you” when offered help. This experience has taught me to trust my body’s healing wisdom and has shown me the importance of allowing things to unfold naturally without forcing or rushing.
I share the weight of isolation and how I have been reminded of how essential connection is to my well-being. Asking for what I need—from a quick call to a visit with a friend—has been vital for my mental and emotional health.
