Salt Lake City Salad with TahiniDressing and Crispy Chickpeas

Salad: Filla large salad bowl with a variety of all the veggies below, as desired.

-Chopped cabbage

- Red Onion

-Cucumber

-Cherry tomatoes

-Red pepper

-Pepperoncini

-Black Olives

-Feta

-Chopped romaine

Tahini Dressing

¼ c. lemon juice

1 large clove garlic

¼ c. cilantro

1/3 c. tahini paste

Blend in food processor. Add hot water to get todressing consistency.
