8 year-old Sandra Cantu was born March 8, 2001, was the youngest of 4 kids, and was primarily raised by her mom at The Orchard Estates Mobile Home park in Tracy, California. Sandra was an outgoing, bubbly, and friendly 2nd grader who made friends everywhere she went.
