How institutions of education are not reflective of a learning process or setup to nurture a process but are businesses and how you slowly learn this as you go through school and university. So as you all return to education this summer and winter it's important to reflect on a couple things such as: Why you're there, what you want out of the system but also what you're going to gain from going.
