Mixed Drink of the Week (Johnnie - The Eco Dome)

2 oz tequila

0.5 oz lime juice

1 egg white or 0.5 oz garbanzo bean water

1 honey dipped sugar or salt rimmed glass

3-4 oz grapefruit italian soda

1 stick/sprig of rosemary

Pre honey sugar or salt glass

Add tequila, lime juice, eggwhite/garbanzo bean water and into a shaker and “dry shake” for 6-8 seconds.

Add ice to shaker, and shake until frosted on the outside.

Double stain pour into glass and fill up with grapefruit italian soda.
