James Clear in his book Atomic Habits once said, "Success is the product of daily habits—not once-in-a-lifetime transformations.” When it comes to goals, people are often not focused enough on the importance of the daily habits through which the goals will be achieved through. Reframing our focus on the habits in which we will use to achieve the goal rather than focusing on the goal itself is a better approach towards achieving long-lasting goals.
