I had the pleasure of interviewing the beautiful Sara J. Sanderson for this episode of the Free To Be podcast.
Sara J. Sanderson is a Liberation Coach, Community Creatrix and compassionate leader and networker supporting people to express themselves fully. Sara is the CEO of the When Women Speak Global Network CIC a social enterprise committed to feminine embodiment and supporting womxn to uncover the voice within. Sara says "the invitation is to use that voice to be who you are unfiltered, explore what you are capable of and be the change you want to see in the world. You are here now with unique gifts to share and however small or big, everything you do has impact."
Sara’s open and honest outlook enables her to approach life with wit and grace, generously giving of herself to support others. Sara loves to guide people to live from the truth of who they are and thrives when fulfilling her purpose to serve, nurture and bring people together. Sara is also the host of the When Women Speak Stories Worth Telling Podcast, a series of conversations with ordinary extraordinary womxn sharing about who they are and how they show up in the world.
Sara is also the woman who opened me up to exploring, more consciously, the experience of who I am, and of life, and the work she does with When Women Speak has been pivotal in expanding my capacity to be more expressive as I am.
I am grateful to Sara for the work she does, and for allowing me this honour of being able to interview her.
I hope you enjoy listening.
