Lift Club is a community driven fitness space thats all about making functional fitness inclusive, enjoyable, progressive and empowering. Classes explore concepts like Lift, Box, Grind and mobilise with a focus on honing your skills to make fitness part of your day to day.

Beth talks about her journey to becoming a young business owner, the importance of strength training for women and why it's important to do hard things, i.e get comfortable with the uncomfortable, alongside the importance of community when it comes to being consistent with your training.
