Everyone's healing journey looks different but what we all have in common is trauma from our childhood that we tend to carry throughout our lives without realizing it’s impact on our relationships, conscious/subconscious thoughts, and our mental health. During our first seven years of life we absorb what information is in our environment. In order to heal these inner wounds, we need to pause and take a trip down memory lane to identify where certain behaviors, thoughts, and triggers come from.
