In this episode of the Naru FastCast, Josh talks about why it is best to leave around one to two hours before your first caffeine hit of the day. Dave explains why you should always aim to AVOID calories two to three hours before bed and for at least one to two hours after waking. Dave also discusses the relationship between melatonin (sleep hormone) and insulin (storage hormone).
