On this episode Ali and myself discus the importance of communication. I personally needed to learn how to communicate better with my friends and loved ones. I can find myself being very possessive and needy and it can and has caused a lot of issues for me over the years. Having a mutual understanding about each others  needs is important. Keeping the communication lines open and available between you and your loved ones is key!
