I want to start off by saying that this episode was a hard one for me to do. Its A LOT... its extremely raw. Nicole and myself have made a promise to ourselves to keep each episode honest and have each one come from the heart. Breakups are never easy, but lets normalize talking about them. my story is a wild one.. and this is just one of many (clearly I know how to pick em). All jokes aside, this was a much needed episode. I feel obligated to apologize for kicking this season off so rough.. Go Big or Go Home right?.. We promise we have some fun ones coming..

On this episode Ali and myself discus the importance of communication. I personally needed to learn how to communicate better with my friends and loved ones. I can find myself being very possessive and needy and it can and has caused a lot of issues for me over the years. Having a mutual understanding about each others  needs is important. Keeping the communication lines open and available between you and your loved ones is key! Tune in to hear how Ali helped me be better at communicating... and also how I helped her... because lets be honest, she needed it too..

A BLOG TURNED PODCAST. Something that was at one point my personal journal for the world to see became  boring and unfulfilling. I felt I was lacking the ability to be fully transparent. The expressing of it got exhausting. The dialog was lacking, and connections weren't being made. I needed to better way to connect with my audience.  Being vocal and allowing emotions to flow verbally just seemed like a much better idea. So here we are.
