Today we heard from woman that recently had her brakes replaced at a chain but was questioning the "need" to replace all of the calipers with the routine brake job. Then we heard from a man that had his vehicle checked over at a local part store and bought some parts to repair it but none of them fixed it. So he went to a local shop to have the vehicle diagnosed properly and is questioning the diagnostic process.

Finally we heard from a woman that has her car at a shop for 6 weeks now waiting on an engine repair.... then we randomly heard from the shop too!!! You won't believe how different the 2 stories are.
