Episode 2: Goal Setting, Making Routines and Kicking The Old You

Second episode is here! On todays episode starring me, myself and I, I explain the routines and basic goal setting that have completely changed my life. Sit down, maybe grab a notepad and pen and follow along.
Setting some basic goals and reinforcing their importance everyday is the first big step, however that wont get you all the way to the promised land (a new, successful you). You also need to be constantly reasserting the right mental attitude through improving your own self awareness. By monitoring your thoughts and emotions and staying on top of them you can make everyday that "productive day". It is so easy to quickly lose yourself and the winning frame of mind and some find it impossible to keep themselves, day in and day out, moving towards their goals. It is possible! Through morning and afternoon routines you can make sure those days in which you feel extremely inspired become the everyday! A quick reset every morning, although simple, can completely change your life. Stop dreaming of being something great and start living it! (a little cringy). You may be looking for something in your life that is going to drastically change your life and you often think it'll be something major and exciting. It isn't, im afraid. Its the little things. Its slowly and surely, incrementally improving yourself day in and day out. Who does this? hardly anyone. If you're looking to stand out and get ahead, its the things no one is prepared to do that get you there. By reminding yourself of the important things  in life constantly, all of those unimportant things in your life will fall away instantly. In just one day my life turned completely around. Often people dont realise but life spirals up and down. One little good thing in life will lead to more good things and all of a sudden you're feeling better than ever and completely yourself. You may think that a lot needs to change in order for your life to turn around but it'll be something as simple as goal setting that indirectly changes your entire life. The opposite can also be said too. One bad habit can lead to even more bad habits and pretty soon you can feel like youve fallen into an inescapeable hole in life.
