What do we do when things go wrong? Well, our monkey mind goes into thinking, re-thinking, overthinking and anaysing it to be able to solve it, since that's the nature of it - a problem solving or deduction machine! 
But what if we could channel our brain to simply reminding us that we there is much to already be grateful, thankful and happy about! 
In this episode, I want to help you understand where my gratitude journey began and how it enhanced my overall life there. And, how you can too do the same. 
I will also discuss various methods and styles to express it which won't take more than a few minutes of your day, so it can be easily inculcated to your daily life, making it much more connected to you and your ground reality, along with bringing you a joy, but most importantly, making your life more mindful!
