1) what's your GOAL , where do you want to be ?  

2) what is your REALITY, where are you now? Are you happy?  

3) what are your OBSTACLES, what is stopping you to be at the top? Fear? Judgement?  

4) what are your OPTIONS, how are you going to deal with your OBSTACLES. 

5) How are you moving FORWARD, what are the action to take so you can take a great commitment to achieve your goals.
