you dont have to know how  you are going to get there, you do need to know where you are going.

Dont start worrying about everything that will be involved in getting from here to there, People always get stuck on HOW TO regarding making changes that will make a positive impact in their lives.

You have the potential and the resources are available for you to start doing what you love . the opportunity is there just make the decision and go for it.

Forget about perfection, you will craft your skill, its not about getting everything neatly and perfect from the get go.

1) what's your GOAL , where do you want to be ?  

2) what is your REALITY, where are you now? Are you happy?  

3) what are your OBSTACLES, what is stopping you to be at the top? Fear? Judgement?  

4) what are your OPTIONS, how are you going to deal with your OBSTACLES. 

5) How are you moving FORWARD, what are the action to take so you can take a great commitment to achieve your goals.
