Howdy folks!

Well I'm back with episode 2. So far this year I've been lucky to dodge the raindrops when a training day arrives and today was no different. We've had plenty of rain this month so I hope my luck continues to hold.

In this episode I'll do my usual running update and then it's time for my first 8 mile run in at least 8 months, possibly a year. I'll end with some special news about this podcast. Special to me at any rate. Thanks for the download! Enjoy!
