On tonight's episode I am joined by my prettiest guest so far, my wife! Hope does her best to put her two cents in concerning the strength world and she does surprisingly well. I'm always amazed by the amount of knowledge she has on topics that I find interesting. We talk about her plans to train for the next month at RPH, our different diets and training styles.
