We KNOW that Knowledge is the "foreplay" to your Wellness, so we want to make sure you are equipped to optimize yours!

Episode 2: The Immune System 2/19/21
1- WHAT IS IT?
• Your body’s natural protective and defense mechanisms.
• Your own personal military that responds instantaneously when an attack is sensed.
• It is ALWAYS on-duty, the guards are always in the tower and ready to act.
• When it is at work, there are indicators... for example: You feel GREAT, or have a fever, vomiting and diarrhea
2- WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
• You will DIE without it!!
3- HOW CAN IT BE HINDERED?
• Living unnaturally. For example: Tylenol for fever, not letting our kids play in the dirt and having to sanitize everything... and drinking anything other than water.
• Poor diet, increased stress, bad sleep and a sedentary lifestyle. 4- How can we support and increase it?
• Rest, good nutrition, optimism, movement, good sleep cycles, reducing stress AND drink water!!
• Allowing it to work when called upon by our bodies. Vitamin B, C, D, Zinc, Quercetin
• Probiotics
• Natural compounds & Activators
