In this episode I tell a story of a woman that I know that believes she deserves nothing less than to date a surgeon with a big D*** and who F***s right.  This is in spite of the fact that she is no where near the caliber of woman that would warrant such expectations.  This episode discusses the burdens placed on men when women overinflate their perceived value.
