Men are built to be loyal to their friends.  The problem is that this loyalty can lead to stagnation.  Having beers at the local bar with high school buddies is a classic progression thief.  It's hard, it's not an enjoyable thing you have to do, but it is necessary to lose those around you that aren't on the same trajectory as you.  Learn to do it early so you can do it more effectively later in life. 

Imagine getting married, having a kid, and after two weeks of being a new father your baby mama serves you divorce papers and takes the kid?  Well NBA player PJ Washington just had this happen to him.  The red flags on this girl are too numerous to even list here.  She viewed men as a meal ticket, and found a sucker and took him for that ride.  

The fall of Afghanistan as the beta leaders of the world in charge tuck tail and hide like the cowards they are proves once again that the dying breed need to be in charge.  This was an abject disaster to watch, all the men and women that went there and lost their lives, limbs and have PTSD now their guts are taken out.  This is just another example of how when sheep lead, wolves win.  

STOP SUBSCRIBING TO ONLYFANS!!!! What are you guys doing?!?!?!?! A study came out that the average OnlyFans girls is making 270 times more money than the average worker.  Get your money ladies, but guys, STOP SIMPING and paying for girls to post pics in their bikini showing their feet and playing video games, it is absolutely pathetic.  If a woman finds out you're subscribing to mulitiple OnlyFans she will NEVER look at you the same.  

Women have this habit of taking mundane words or actions by a man and making them into big fights.  In this episode I tell a story of how a dinner with a friend was ruined by the annoyance of dealing with a woman's mental gymnastics.  Men, see it coming, and when you know the fight is complete bullsh*t don't entertain it.  Be strong enough to not cave, and when she stops being angry she'll come back down and realize she was being nuts, but do not cave to the crazy.  

Another segment of reacting to bad social media posts I take an example of a beta male "white knighting" and explain how pathetic it is.  The post exemplifies all the ways that men think they're doing the "nice" and "right" thing but when in reality they're just making themselves a beta cuck.

One of the simplest things a man can do to make himself more desirable on social media is to stop following IG models.  Nothing devalues you to a woman more than for her to see that you leave heart emojis under a 21 year old's pictures on IG.  Stop doing this men, it is a simple rule you can follow to preserve your pride as a man.  You will get nothing out of this other than making you one stop closer to betadom.
