1. Get connected - Build a group of companies and contacts on LinkedIn that you want to work for or with. 

2. Group together - Identify groups / linked in meets ups / online seminars / huddles that you can get involved in. Find out where your candidates and clients meet. Create your own group and go to others. 

3. Content – video, audio, written – decide on your message and document your information across these 3 channels on a regular basis
