Customer satisfaction score: 98% of Nottingham Mortgage Services (NMS) customers surveyed rated the service provided as good or excellent and 93% said they would use NMS’s services again. Based on 431 surveys completed between 1st September 2019 and 31st August 2020. Surveys were conducted by an independent research agency.
