Ground to Crown Yoga - Slow Down to Power-Up Your Yoga + Spiritual Life - is a program run by Neil Spencer. Your life, and your spiritual life are the same thing. The philosophy is to slow down, learn pranayama and meditation, to help us access a deep well of spiritual energy inside, to power up our practice. 

It's about deepening and advancing our Yoga practice. Going beneath the surface, of where modern yoga treads. 

Expect a wide range of energetically interesting topics to be covered, including: Yoga, meditation, mindfulness, Buddhism, Taoism, Zen, martial arts, philosophy, shamanism, sufism (other mystical traditions), cannabis, culture, and electronic house music — for healing.

The music portion is Neon Dust Angels. Which I named after my first experience of participating at Burning Man. At the gate, virgin Burners have an opportunity to get out of their vehicle, make a dust angel, and then ring a large bell. To me, this was the beginning of the ritual, and entering into the experience of witnessing the most mystical city in the world be born, sustained, and decay — over the period of a week.
