Casting has always been a complex issue. Coming from four completely different backgrounds, Amelia, Talya, Emily, and Fikayo knew a conversation about representation in the uni theatre scene and industry at large would be challenging. This is our candid conversation on nepotism, the advantages and disadvantages of being from the global majority, and the importance of authenticity.
